We’re actually moving into autumn down here in the southern hemisphere, but that’s no reason not to have fun with the spring theme from That Artsy Reader Girl. I won’t lie, I still miss the proper European spring I grew up with, especially all the beautiful wildflowers.

1. At the Foot of the Cherry Tree by Alli Parker

2. One Hundred Daffodils by Rebecca Winn

3. Spring by Ali Smith

4. The Wild Cherry Tree by H. E. Bates

5. Lilac Girls by Martha Hall Kelly

6. A Secret Garden in Paris by Sophie Beaumont

7. The Enchanted April by Elizabeth von Arnim

8. Sinister Spring by Agatha Christie

9. Far from the Madding Crowd by Thomas Hardy

10. Tom Lake by Ann Patchett

You win. Not only did you find spring-y covers but many were even specific to April!

The Agatha Christie one makes my nose itch, and I have pretty mild allergies.

Gorgeous selection! Best I’ve seen so far 😍. I struggled with this week’s theme. Here’s my TTT: https://damppebbles.com/2025/04/08/toptentuesday-8th-april-2025/

Have you seen any leaves changing colours yet? That’s my favourite part of autumn.

These are lovely covers. I do think that I am lucky here in the UK with the weather that we get. As a true Brit though I do always complain about it 😂 I like a warm, grey, overcast day. Very fussy 🤣
Have a great week!

wow that specific cover for Far From The Madding Crowd is stunning, I love those editions! There are a lot of books I haven’t heard of in your list which is so nice! We both included The Enchanted April in our lists and I’m hoping to read that soon. Here’s my TTT.
